The normal customer interface hours for ArtSignWorks are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. We are closed on major holidays and weekends. Emails and orders are checked daily.We confirm all orders, and send out first the design to be approved, and then another message when your sign is shipped. Emails and telephone calls will be responded to usually within a day.We prefer email communication, but if you have specific questions or concerns, or if you have a project that this site does not address, please feel free to call Paul Williamson at 760-468-6655.
