Our supplier for cast metal, fabricated metal, metal laminate, and formed plastic letters is Gemini Inc. We make our own large HDU, wood, and PVC letters and large custom logos using our CNC router. Shown in this photo are Gemini custom metal laminate letters. Stand-off letters are mounted on studs that raise the letters from 1/2 inches to several inches above the signboard or mounting structure. These letters can be mounted on virtually any type of rigid and hard signboard including HDU, MDO, acrylic, wood, EPS foam, stucco, natural stone, brick, marble, concrete, tile, concrete block, etc.
