We make several carved versions of this great seal. As shown above, the central part of the seal is carved bas-relief in HDU and then gold-leaf gilded. The text and art are raised above the background. Personel and unit names, rank, citations,and years may be put in raised text in the outer ring which is not shown (as in U30041), Seal can also be painted in natural multi-colors, in natural wood (oak, mahogany, cedar, redwood), or painted in metallic gold or silver .
