This US Department of the Navy Great Seal Wall Plaque is an accurate 3D bas-relief carving, made from HDU. or wood. Thev art is stained or bleached natural wood with a painted sky and ocean background and a metallic dark gold border with V-carved engraved text panted black. .This plaque can can be ordered in any size (typically from 20 inches to 60 inches in diameter) , a size of 30 inches diameter is shown here.
