This sandblasted cedar wood plaque has raised smooth border, text and flat pedestal areas where long-lasting digitally printed outdoor vinyl can be affixed. This outdoor sign vinyl will last as long as be as fade-resistant as hand-painted enamels, looks better, and is much less expensive. The entire sign is clear-coated for additional UV resistance. We use digitally-printed vinyl when there is so much intricate detail , especially for photographs, that it is impractical or too expensive to accurately paint, carve, or laser engrave text or an image. None of these techniques can begin to achieve the 300 dots per inch that modern digital printing can.

If you have a seal, an emblem, a logo, a coat-of-arms, a flag, an ensign, a badge, an insignia, or shoulder /chest patch, we can make a 2.5D or 3D carved wood or hdu wall plaque of it in any size from 12 inches to 12 feet, for either indoor or outdoor use. We can customize or personalize any of these plaques with carved text for individual or organization names, achievements, citations, dates, etc.
