We  offer solid 3D bas-relief cast aluminum and also precision  tooled aluminum plaques, which we have made by a premier national wholesale supplier. These are the only plaques we do not manufacture in-house. We design them, but they are cast using molten aluminum  in a sand mold by a very experienced foundry. 

3D BAS-RELIEF SCULPTURED CAST BRONZE PLAQUES.

For a sense of permanency and architectural depth, consider the classic look of cast aluminum   plaques, logos and emblems.These are Ideal for professional offices, universities and government buildings, address plaques, historical markers or memorials. They are essential when the plaque is placed outside in the weather, especially when they ate placed where people can touch or rub them, or walk over them. In these specific situations, aluminum -plated HDU plaques will not hold up to this kind of wear. 

Most of our  cast aluminum  plaques have a 3D image of a person, usually their face. The finished image will be an artist’s 3D interpretation of the person's photograph in cast bronze  mechanically attached to the plaque background. The standard overall height of the 3D image is 6” to 12” with a finished depth of 3/4” to 1”. These requires a six-week lead time.)

These cast 3D plaques have a choice of finishes, including Brushed, Oxidized, Painted, Patina, and Polished. These plaques can have multiple background textures and color options.

They can be cast with no border, beveled edges, single line or even a double line borders with a bevel. These are tested and approved for exterior use, and are guaranteed for the life of the product.

FLAT RELIEF PRECISION MACHINED PLAQUES

We also offer  two-dimensional flat relief precision tooled aluminum plaques that are an alternative to the expense and time-consuming process of  bas-relief plaques. Precision tooled plaques are easy to customize and are considerable less expensive than the 3D cast plaques.Complex artwork and intricate typeface is beautifully transferred to the surface of aluminum, and also brass, bronze, copper or stainless steel.
