This is a large carved 3-D bas-relief HDU plaque commemorating the Ft. Laramie Treaty of 1851. It features carved images of three  Native Americans of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nations as artwork.The plaque  is plated with Bronze metal , polished,  and clear-coated twice for UV protection from the sun.  This large plaque is mounted on an interior wall.
