This tee sign for Hole 17 of the Rayburn Resort is made of High Density Polyethelene (HDPE) Color-Core plastic. The hole number, par score, yardage, and club logo are carved in 2.5-D engraved relief. The text, border and the logo are filled with colored epoxy. This sign can be customized in many ways, including changing the artwork. This sign can be placed on a single post or hung using eye-hooks on top of the sign attached to snap-links connected to scroll bracket mounted on a post next to the tee area.
Our dimensional tee signs are made from wood, HDPE, or HDU. These signs are mounted on aluminum or steel posts and hangers, which are powder coated for long life and minimal maintenance. For wood or HDU, we make either raised or engraved letters, border and art. We can put the layout of each hole on the sign, as well as tee positions and yardages. We make the sign dimensional using by using a CNC router or by sandblasting, or both. We will put your logo or other dimensional art on each sign if you wish. Every HDU and wood sign has two coats of Mathews polyurethane paint on its background, plus two coats of trim, and two coats of polyurethane clear-coat for additional UV protection and wear resistance. These signs are as tough and as durable as cast aluminum, and they look better at a fraction of aluminum's price. Also, they will not corrode or oxidize like aluminum does. We make a large variety of sign shapes, sizes, colors, font styles, and art - we can include your hole layouts and/or your club logo at no additional cost. We make both tee markers and yardage markers, as well as information and direction signs on the course.
