This 18 inch diameter carved Mahogany Wood Plaque made for the US Army's Corps of Engineers, Portland Division, features its official seal.. It is carved in 3-D bas-relief. It is stained and clear-coated twice. We also offer this plaque in full-painted, brass, bronze, and silver-coated versions, from 12 inches to 60 inches in diameter.
