Two or three men can install an EPS foam monument sign in two hours once the post holes are dug. The sign is very light and two or three men (depending on the size) can simply lift it as an integrated unit and set it in place; no forklift or crane is required. The sign has to be leveled and supported on blocks while the two or three aluminum tubes ,are inserted into the holes and filled with concrete. The base needs to be on level firm ground but no concrete foundation is required. The posts support the sign's weight.
