Above is shown a personalized carved natural Western Red Cedar and Mahogany wall plaque of for a California Incident Management team.This wooden wall plaque uses a layered construction, with 4 individual pieces carved from wood (scroll at top, "5", California shape, oval plaque) epoxied together, The scroll is Mahogany, the other pieces are made of Western Red Cedar. Some of the carving is engraved,, others are raised. After staining the pieces different colors, the pieces are epoxied together.The entire plaque is then clear-coated twice, for mounting either indoors or outdoors.
