The double-faced 16 ft wide  sign for the Portage Hike and Bike Trail for Brady's Leap Riverwalk Park in Kent, Ohio  is made of aluminum sheet and High-Density-Urethane (bottom section). Front and back 0.25" thick aluminum sheets were cut with a water-jet cutter to shape and welded to an internal 2" thick  square bar aluminum perimeter frame . The top edges of the sign between the aluminum sheets  were filled with HDU so the interior of the sign is completely enclosed. The HDU pieces on the bottom are carved in 2.5-0D raised relief and sandblasted in a wood grain texture. Both the aluminum on the top and HDU on the bottom are painted with Matthews MAP acrylic polyurethane primer, top coat and clear coat. This  large aluminum sign is mounted between  two I-beam steel posts over a paved bike trail  that runs between the two posts. Two of these signs were made for the City of Kent, Ohio.
