This section shows photos of Type AA cast metal plaques, made by pouring molten metal into a sand mold. These can be made in 3-D or 2.5-D multi-level relief, but it usually less expensive to precision machine flat metal blanks than make 2.5-D relief plaques than to cast them.   We design these, but our solid cast  bronze , brass and aluminum plaques are fabricated by one of several premier national wholesale foundries.. These are the only plaques we do not fabricate in-house. 

Bronze, brass and aluminum   plaques, logos and emblems have a classic look, and last forever.   These are Ideal for professional offices, universities and government buildings, address plaques, historical markers or memorials. They are essential when the plaque is placed outside in the weather, especially when they are placed where people can touch or rub them, or walk over them. In these specific situations, bronze, brass or aluminum-plated HDU plaques will not hold up to this kind of wear over many years. .

Many of our  cast bronze plaques have a 3D image of a person, usually their face. The finished image will be an artist’s 3D interpretation of the person's photograph in cast bronze  or aluminum mechanically attached to the plaque background. The standard overall height of the 3D image is 6” to 12” with a finished depth of 3/4” to 1”. These requires a six to eight -week lead time.

These cast bronze 3D plaques have a choice of finishes, including Brushed, Oxidized, Painted, Patina, and Polished. These plaques can have multiple background textures and color options.

They can be cast with no border, beveled edges, single line or even a double line borders with a bevel. These are tested and approved for exterior use, and are guaranteed for decades.
