Shown above is a chart with some of the board and post sizes available in fiberglass reinforced plastic wood recycled HDPE.  Board sizes are 1 inch  or  2 inches thick  and come in widths of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 inches and lengths from 6 ft to 24 ft.   Square cross-section posts come in sizes of 2 x 2, 4 x 4, 6 x 6, and  8 x 8  inches.   Other sizes are available,  on special order in large quantities.   

Like Color Core signs, plastic wood HDPE signs can be engraved in either a flat bottom (U-profile) or V-profile. Artwork (e.g .arrows or logos), text and borders can be engraved into the plastic wood boards or posts. These engravings are filled with various colors of epoxy resin, because unlike Color Core, which has a different color material in the middle, plastic wood is homogeneous and is the same color throughout so engravings  would be difficult to read without a different color epoxy resin.  For brown plastic wood, white, yellow or light tan colored epoxy is usually used for maximum text visibility.
